Brand Manager - Mapro Foods Pvt Ltd Company Location Wai, Maharashtra, India

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. 


Responsibilities

  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market.
  • Implement consumer research on the brand.
  • Maintain and update competition dossiers with respect to benchmarks.
  • Interact with Channel Head to understand requirements from the brand and accordingly build a brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement all communication and Point of Sale Strategy including close coordination of trade marketing activities such as catalogues, social media, brochures, and in-store displays.
  • Estimate cost and price parameters formulate budgets and take approval from the Management.
  • Lead the execution of marketing plans for the assigned brand.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Coordinate regular meeting and preparing regular reports outlining the brand’s performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for understanding and explaining brand communication. Two way learning from and sharing with the sales team.
  • On ground, FMCG sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Expect candidate to have knowledge and proficiency in at least one Indian Languages.
  • Expect candidate to relocate to Panchgani District. Satara Maharashtra.
